Our management team has an average of 30 years of experience in building and operating early childhood education centers, including childcare centers, daycare, and preschools.

In 2022, we strategically decided to grow the number of early childhood education centers and have been actively searching suitable childcare and preschools to acquire.

Ismail Capar, PhD

Director of Acquistions

Dr. Ismail Capar took the role of Director of Acquisition in 2022. As the director, Ismail leads the strategic growth initiatives, including acquiring centers. He has over 15 years of education experience and works as a professor in a leading research institution. As a professor, he consulted with many organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He brings his experience in helping those organizations to the childcare setting and is passionate about helping the businesses to grow and position childcare centers as a highly respected learning place.

Sapna Puri joined the team in 2024 and is the Director of Curriculum. She has over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry and has a Masters in Education and a Masters in Montessori. Since 2011, she has owned and operated centers in the Twin Cities suburbs. She brings full operations experience, including licensing, staffing, regulations, and vendor management. She is passionate about providing a wonderful school experience for the children and parents.
